48-hour Cancellation Policy - No Exceptions

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48-hours’ notice, for any reason, even if you are sick, you agree to pay for your appointment. If you fill your appointment spot or if it is filled within short notice, I will waive the fee. And I respect your time too – if I ever have to cancel your appointment within 48-hours your next massage is free!

Please note Be Active Massage Therapy Does NOT accept injuries related to WCB claims, medical/legal investigation and motor vehicle accidents (open or pending MVA claims)
