Going forward, my schedule will be opened for online booking on a continuously rolling 8-week period. That is to say, there will always be an 8-week window forward from any given day that will be available for booking on my schedule.

NEW CLINIC LOCATION (effective May 6, 2024)

The new clinic is conveniently situated inside Westhills Corporate Center on the ground level at 7370 Sierra Morena Blvd SW Calgary. Ample free parking is available in the lot out front, as well as street parking options.

48-hour Cancellation Policy - No Exceptions, please read

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48-hours’ notice, for any reason, even if you are sick, you agree to pay for your appointment. If you fill your appointment spot or if it is filled within short notice, I will waive the fee. And I respect your time too – if I ever have to cancel your appointment within 48-hours your next massage is free!

Therapeutic massage using medium to firm pressure to release chronic or acute tension held within the body. Reduces pain, tension and stress while promoting joint and muscle mobility.

Optional cupping: Silicone cups are seamlessly integrated into your massage treatment to help quickly reduce fascial adhesions and muscle tightness.

Hi, I’m Nyomi Hauta, 2,200 hour Massage Therapist, an active outdoor enthusiast and founder of Be Active Massage Therapy. I am a member in good standing with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA) since 2015.

My mission is to support everyone to live an active, pain-free lifestyle.
