Choose 60, 75, or 90 Minute Massage Therapy based on the time you’d like. Sessions may include full-body treatment or focused attention to specific areas, depending on your goals for the day.

30 Minute Follow-Up appointments are available for returning clients needing focused care to one region within 8 weeks of their previous visit.

Region-specific care is also available for concerns such as neck and shoulders, jaw/TMJ, and foot-focused treatment.

Booking Window & Waitlist

Appointments are released on a rolling 8-week booking window.

If you do not see a suitable appointment time, please add yourself to the waitlist.

Cancellation Policy (please read)

A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, for any reason (including illness). Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are charged in full unless the spot is rebooked.

If I ever need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your next massage is complimentary.

• WCB, MVA (open or pending), and medical-legal claims are not accepted

• Payment is required at the time of service

• All treatments are billed as Massage Therapy and include an RMT receipt

• Direct billing is not offered

• Rates do not include GST
