Practice Update & Booking Information

I’m currently making a temporary shift in how I work to support my own physical health and longevity in practice. This means appointments are more focused and region-specific, rather than full-body, and pressure limits are more clearly defined. This off-season approach will remain in place until the summer, and I’ll reassess how my practice evolves beyond that point.

What this means for booking

• Full-body treatments are not being offered during this period

• Appointments focus on specific areas such as head, neck, jaw, shoulders, and nervous system-based work

• Lower body work is not included, with the exception of feet, which can be booked separately

• Treatment pressure is guided by tissue response, not by pushing intensity

Some long-standing clients may continue with broader work where appropriate, but this is determined on an individual basis and should not be assumed to be available.

My schedule remains available on a rolling 8-week booking window.

Cancellation Policy (please read)

A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, for any reason (including illness). Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are charged in full unless the spot is rebooked.

If I ever need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your next massage is free.

Additional Information

• WCB, MVA (open or pending), and medical-legal claims are not accepted

• Payment is required at the time of service

• All treatments are billed as Massage Therapy and include an RMT receipt

• Direct billing is not offered

• Rates do not include GST
